Before the keys change hands

Answer the questions before the keys change hands.

Drivers want to know whether you service their vehicle, what diagnosis costs and when it can be seen. We organize service pages around those questions, with your hours, transport options and warranty terms beside a clear visit request.

Brakes, AC and battery campaigns reach matching pages. Hybrid or EV work appears when your technicians and equipment support it. Your profile and photos reflect those capabilities.

after-hours handoffExample workflow

An after-hours visit request receives acknowledgment, then staff check vehicle details and real availability before confirming. Inspection and customer authorization happen later, before a repair order can be completed.

  1. 11 p.m. request received
  2. Vehicle / concern details checked
  3. Capacity checked; appointment confirmed if available
  4. Inspection findings and estimate
  5. Customer authorizes chosen work
  6. Repair order completed after work

Unavailable visits and declined repairs keep their own statuses.

After-hours access

Let after-hours requests reach the adviser.

An after-hours request should give your adviser the vehicle, the concern and a preferred time. We build that intake and an acknowledgment explaining when staff will respond. Your adviser checks fit and bay capacity before confirming the appointment.

We connect the request to your calendar and human fallback where supported. After arrival, inspection findings and an estimate support the customer’s repair decision. A requested visit, reserved appointment and completed repair order each keep their own status.

Appropriate return work

Make inspection follow-up useful.

Your inspection report can explain findings, photos, recommended work and estimate. Customers can authorize, defer or decline each item. We organize follow-up around the adviser’s recommendation and contact preferences; declined work waits for authorization.

Maintenance reminders use vehicle-specific service information and supported shop-system events. We connect the next action to your adviser, with clear stop conditions and neutral feedback requests after completed work.

Know what worked

See appointments and completed repair orders.

Compare source and spend with appointments, authorizations and completed repair orders over matching periods. Keep customers and vehicles separate. Shop records establish collections; personal details and free-text symptoms stay out of marketing analytics.

  1. Visit request
  2. Confirmed appointment
  3. Inspection / estimate
  4. Customer authorization
  5. Completed repair order
  6. Verified collections, if available

We agree these reporting stages with your team and connect them to the records your systems keep.

Check the channel without inventing a badge.

Google currently lists auto repair for Local Services Ads, but its Verified badge is unavailable for auto categories. That does not decide the budget by itself. We check local eligibility, responsiveness, lead quality and your actual shop capacity before recommending a channel.

A clear scope before we start

What we build first.

We build the agreed pages, test the inquiry handoff and review the first report with your team. Your website and accounts stay yours. Ongoing work and integrations are scoped separately.

  1. Service pages, vehicle intake and a tested adviser handoff.
  2. Recurring SEO, campaigns and ad spend quoted separately.
  3. Calendar, inspection and shop-system connections scoped after capability checks.

Make diagnostic fees and approval expectations clear.

Georgia's Consumer Ed guidance recommends asking about diagnostic charges, written estimates and guarantees, including approval before additional work. We use your shop's actual policies to explain these steps. This is practical customer information, not a claim that every shop must publish a fixed price or holds a particular license.

Before you decide.

Straight answers about working together.

Can drivers book after hours?

They can request a visit through a properly tested route. Direct confirmation requires supported calendar access, real availability and the necessary vehicle details. We verify those capabilities before including them. Otherwise the acknowledgment explains that an adviser will confirm, with a human fallback when information or access is missing.

Can you follow up on declined repairs?

When your inspection system, customer permissions and adviser-approved workflow support it. The message refers to actual findings and the customer's stated preferences. A declined item stays declined until authorization is recorded, and neither a reminder response nor a future booking counts as completed repair work.

Should every service page show a fixed price?

Use the fees and ranges your shop can honestly explain, with inclusions, vehicle variability and diagnostic limits. Publish actual warranty and transport terms where useful. Some work needs inspection before an estimate; a clear description of that process can be more helpful than a price that cannot apply to the vehicle.

Will the report show whether advertising paid for itself?

Only when source attribution, completed orders, collections and relevant costs are available and reconciled. We report the stages we can verify and label the missing links. A cost per inquiry cannot become cost per customer automatically, and gross sales cannot be treated as the shop's profit.
