Clear scope • Shared milestones

How we work — first question to launch.

Every stage serves the same goal: helping local customers find and choose you. See how we move from understanding your customers to building, testing, and improving the way they reach you.

Your next steps

The process, step by step

1

Step 01

Tell us what needs to change

Start with who you want to reach and how they choose a business.

We'll reply within one business day and confirm when your plan will be ready.

Call us, send a message or request a free growth plan. Tell us what you want more of, what is getting in the way and what you have tried. If you request a plan, we email your findings and priorities. No call is required to receive it.

2

Step 02

Decide how to move forward

If you want help implementing the priorities, agree on the next conversation.

Project calls are usually 30 minutes, by video or phone.

Ask questions by email or arrange a call to discuss your services, market, current website and capacity to take on more customers. Together, we agree what a useful outcome would look like and which problems deserve attention first. You can also use the free plan yourself without hiring us.

3

Step 03

Review the scope and agreement

Deliverables, responsibilities, timeline and a tailored quote.

Proposal usually follows within 2–3 business days.

You receive a written proposal and can ask questions or request changes before signing. The agreement covers payment, ownership, support and how we handle changes to the scope. Ongoing partnerships begin with a six-month term.

4

Step 04

Set up the project

Access, content and a shared plan for delivery.

First project update within the first week.

We identify the accounts, business facts, photos and approvals needed for your project. You retain ownership of your accounts and data. We agree milestones and who will provide each item, so delays or missing information are visible early.

5

Step 05

Build and review together

See the work while there is time to shape it.

Review points follow your project plan.

We build the agreed pages, content or workflows and share them for review. Your feedback confirms that the business details, services and customer experience are right. Changes outside the agreed scope are discussed before additional work begins.

6

Step 06

Check the full customer path

Review the experience from first visit to inquiry.

Content and launch approval stay with you.

Before launch, we check the agreed pages on mobile and desktop, follow links and forms, and validate the tracking needed for your goals. You review the final version and approve it for launch.

7

Step 07

Launch and confirm it works

Move the approved work live and check the important paths again.

Launch timing depends on scope and readiness.

We coordinate the launch, check the live pages and contact routes, and confirm the agreed tracking. You receive the access and handover information relevant to your project, along with any outstanding next steps.

8

Step 08

Learn from the results

Use reporting to choose the next improvement.

Ongoing scope and reporting are agreed in writing.

For ongoing partnerships, we review visibility, inquiries and the work completed, then set the next priorities. Successful forms, phone clicks and booked jobs are different measures; connecting them to revenue depends on the sales records and integrations agreed for your business.

Common questions about the process

Can I call about your services, or do I need a growth plan first?

You are welcome to call or email us directly about a service or project. A growth plan is optional. If you request one, we send it by email and any follow-up call is your choice.

How long does it take to start?

Usually one to two weeks from first contact to signed agreement, depending on scheduling and proposal revisions. The build timeline is scoped separately and depends on the work, access, content and approvals needed.

What will you need from us?

Accurate business and service information, access to the relevant accounts, available photos and one person who can coordinate feedback. We list the specific requirements during kickoff. Share account access through the appropriate permission tools rather than sending passwords in a form.

What if we need to change the scope?

Tell us as soon as the need becomes clear. We discuss the impact on deliverables, timing and fees before doing additional work, and record the agreed change.

Who owns the accounts and data?

You retain ownership of your business accounts and data. The signed agreement sets out website ownership, deliverables, access and handover details for your engagement.

What happens after launch?

We verify the live experience and complete the agreed handover. For ongoing partnerships, we continue with the agreed search, website or automation work and review progress through regular reporting. Your proposal explains which support and ongoing services are included.

What if we do not know which service we need?

Start with the problem you want to solve. We can review your current situation and recommend priorities before you choose a scope of work.
