Byte Of Peach LLC ("we") is a digital marketing and software studio based in Cumming, Georgia. This policy explains what information this website collects and how we handle it, in plain English.
The short version
We collect the information you type into our forms so we can respond to you. We don't run advertising trackers, we don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the services that make our website and email work.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site (contact, free growth plan, intake, or onboarding), we collect what you provide: typically your name, email address, phone number, business name, website URL, and anything you write in a message field. If you call, text, or email us directly, we'll have whatever you share there too. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and request times) to run the site securely.
What we do with it
Form submissions are delivered to our business email inbox and used to respond to you, prepare your growth plan, and deliver services you've asked about. We may follow up about your inquiry. We do not add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how this site is used: which pages people visit and which buttons and links they interact with (for example, calls, form submissions, and clicks to our case study sites). GA4 sets cookies to do this. We use this data only to improve the site; we don't use advertising trackers or sell analytics data. You can block analytics cookies in your browser, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on, and the site works exactly the same.
Who else touches your data
A small number of service providers process data on our behalf so the site works: our hosting provider (which serves these pages), and our email delivery provider (which routes form submissions to our inbox). These providers process your information only to provide those services. When we work together as client and agency, we may also access accounts you grant us (like your Google Business Profile or analytics) solely to do the work you hired us for.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails and client records for as long as they're useful for serving you and meeting our legal and accounting obligations. If you want your information deleted, ask, and we'll remove what we're not legally required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email destiny@byteofpeach.com or call (706) 768-2357 and a human will handle it.
Children
Our services are for businesses. This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. We won't quietly start doing something this policy says we don't do.
