Byte Of Peach LLC ("we") is a digital marketing and software studio based in Cumming, Georgia. This policy explains what information this website collects and how we handle it, in plain English.
The short version
We use information you submit to respond to your inquiry and provide requested services. Our hosting, email and analytics providers help us operate and understand the website. We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists you did not request.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site (contact, free growth plan, intake, or onboarding), we collect the information you provide. This can include your name, email, phone number, business details, website, project goals and answers to the intake or onboarding questions. If you call, text, or email us directly, we'll have whatever you share there too. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and request times) to run the site securely.
Drafts in your browser
The intake and onboarding forms save an unfinished draft in your browser tab using session storage, so you can resume after refreshing that tab. When a draft is restored, we check its age and discard it if it is more than 24 hours old. The draft is removed after a successful submission. Answers are not sent to us until you submit the form. Drafts stay in that browser session; browser settings can also prevent draft storage.
What we do with it
Form submissions are delivered to our business email inbox and used to respond to you, prepare your growth plan, and deliver services you've asked about. We may follow up about your inquiry. We do not add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 and Ahrefs Analytics to understand website visits and interactions, such as page views, contact-link clicks and successful form submissions. A phone-link click tells us the link was selected; it does not tell us whether a call connected. GA4 uses cookies. Browser privacy controls can limit analytics collection. You can also use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. Our analytics events do not include your form answers or message text.
Who else touches your data
A small number of service providers process data on our behalf so the site works: our hosting provider serves these pages, our email delivery provider routes form submissions to our inbox, and Google Analytics and Ahrefs Analytics process website usage information. Their processing is also subject to their own privacy policies. When we work together as client and agency, we may also access accounts you grant us (like your Google Business Profile or analytics) solely to do the work you hired us for.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails and client records for as long as they're useful for serving you and meeting our legal and accounting obligations. If you want your information deleted, ask, and we'll remove what we're not legally required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@byteofpeach.com or call (706) 768-2357 and a human will handle it.
Children
Our services are for businesses. This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. We won't quietly start doing something this policy says we don't do.
